up date on baby number 2

So here is an up date on trying for baby number 2. still not pregnant :( we have been working on it for over a year and this will be our first medicated cycle. i will be taking clomid and getting a trigger shot and having timed intercorse. i have high hopes because we got pregnant with sage so quickly but i know not to get my hopes up.  sage is now two and is so smart. i amazes me how much she talks and how much she learns every day. james is now working for cox selling home security and he is loving it. my photography is growing and im still having fun doing it. i love staying home with sage and i know it is part of the reason she is so happy. we have talked about putting her in a moms day out but im am a little scared because of her peanut allergy. i know that they will be carful but she cant tell you if she feels funny and if she gets a hold of something with out them seeing it could kill her. other than that every thing is great and ill try to update more. sage 16 months

Sage you are almost 17 months and getting so big. The other day you had your first fall with blood. I must say that you did great and only cried a little. We had to get you new shoes this week because your first pair were getting to small. Right now you have 3 teeth coming in and that makes for a total of 9. This week you started to not like chicken but i think thats because of the teeth. you are talking so much and love to point out things that you know. You love balloons more than any thing and can spot one faster than i can. Now that it is warm out we have been going to the park and you are starting to like the slide. We have been going to the zoo a lot and you can now point out different animals and want to walk all over. You are getting to be much more independent and not a baby any more.

i am loving my mommy role and so glad that i can jut be a mom and not have the stress of working.

Sage had a new task at lunch today. She was given a bowl of pasta and a fork and spoon. Now it wasnt just plain pasta, It has sauce on it and chicken in it. I was so happy that most did end up in her mouth and not on the floor. Not once did she pick up the bowl and toss it to the ground. She did try to eat with the spoon but mostly dipped and licked off the sauce. Here are some pictures of the happy girl at lunch.

The other day I got to take Sage out for a long day with our friend April and Kaiden. We drove to Shawnee on the hunt for hoodies so April could make more dinos. While some things were a hit we did find out that there is no Chick a fil in shawnee!!! We then let the kids nap on the way to the science museum to meet Rachel, Mark and Michael. after a long but good day out with friends. I came home to a clean house and a clean car, but our vacuum payed the price. It is now dead and we now are looking to get a new one. I wish we had the money to get a dyson but at the moment we dont. It was time for our little vacuum to die. It had a long life of well over 3 years. on a lighter note April and I got some pictures of our kids in the tees that she had made on an adventure to the gardens downtown.

hello 2012

We are now a week into 2012 and things couldn't be better. Sage is talking up a storm we can only understand about 5 words like cat, dog, mom, dad, baby and whats that? We have gone to the zoo twice this week because of or weird weather this week. Its january and its 60+ out side. Last year was a good one with my little girl turning one and learning to walk and starting to talk.

over a year old. my how she has changed. 

This year will be a good one too with a goal of loosing all the baby weight and sticking with it this time. I am loving where im at in life now and know that god gave me this time to stay home for a reason. I love that i get to teach sage all that she needs to know and she helps me learn to be a better person.
